Talsi agent OS is software delivered over the internet. We do not ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier tracking apply.
2. When access starts
- Account access is available immediately after you sign up and verify your email.
- Paid plan features and the plan's credits are activated as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes.
- If a payment is confirmed but your plan has not activated within 24 hours, contact support@talsiagent.com and we will activate it manually.
3. When agent output arrives

Turnaround depends on the size of the run and on third-party data providers. Live progress is shown in the dashboard, and long runs continue in the background — you do not need to keep the page open.
4. If something does not arrive
Email support@talsiagent.com with your account address and the run or report you are waiting on. We respond within 2 business days. Where a confirmed fault prevented delivery, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
