Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Talsi agent OS website, dashboard, and AI agents. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Talsi agent OS ("Talsi", "we", "us") is operated by Talsi Pvt Ltd. You can reach us at support@talsiagent.com.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Talsi Pvt Ltd for use of talsiagent.com, the customer dashboard, and the AI agents and reports delivered through them (together, the "Service").

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and business information you provide.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by teammates you invite.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly at support@talsiagent.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. What the Service does

Talsi provides an AI business audit and a set of AI agents that carry out work you configure — including researching companies, building lead lists, drafting and sending outreach, qualifying inbound enquiries, and booking calls.

You direct the agents. You choose the target profile, approve the messaging approach, and decide what gets sent. The agents act on your behalf and under your instructions, which means you are the sender of the outreach they produce and you are responsible for its content and compliance.

  • Outputs are generated by AI models and can contain errors. Review them before relying on them or sending them.
  • Lead data is compiled from third-party sources and public web pages. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or accurate.
  • The audit and any recommendations are informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
  • We may add, change, or retire agents and features as the product develops. Material reductions to a paid plan will be notified in advance.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay. Prices, credit allowances, and included agents are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Credits are consumed by agent work such as lead discovery, enrichment, drafting, and sending. Credit costs per action are shown in the dashboard.
  • Credits are granted per billing period and do not roll over to the next period unless the plan says otherwise.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Taxes are added at checkout where required.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to your next renewal.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. When your work is delivered is covered by the Service Delivery Policy.

5. Your responsibilities when using the agents

Because the agents contact real people on your behalf, you carry specific obligations. These are set out in full in the Acceptable Use Policy, and in summary you agree that:

  • You have a lawful basis to contact the people your campaigns target, and you comply with the marketing, telemarketing, and data-protection laws that apply to you and to them.
  • You honour unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests, and you do not use the Service to reach anyone who has opted out.
  • You will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading outreach, or to impersonate another person or business.
  • You will not upload data you do not have the right to use, and you will not use the Service to process sensitive personal data.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

You are the data controller for the contact data your campaigns produce and use. We act as your processor for that data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication, AI models, email delivery, messaging, and business data. Their availability and terms affect the Service.

Where you connect your own accounts — an email sending domain, a messaging number, a calendar — you remain bound by those providers' terms, and you authorise us to act on that connection to deliver the Service.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including the platform, agent designs, models we build, and all related materials. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

You own your business data, your uploaded content, and the outreach content produced for your campaigns. You grant us a licence to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service and to meet legal obligations.

We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve the Service. Those statistics never identify you, your customers, or your leads.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control can interrupt it. Support is available at support@talsiagent.com, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST, with a target first response within 2 business days.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant any specific commercial result — including a number of leads, replies, meetings, or revenue. Outreach performance depends on your market, offer, targeting, and sending reputation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — including claims brought by recipients of outreach sent through your account.

12. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if your use creates legal risk or harms the deliverability of the platform, or if payment fails and is not resolved.

On termination your right to use the Service ends. You may export your data before the account closes; after closure we delete or anonymise data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and the law change. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

Before starting proceedings, please contact us at support@talsiagent.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
